ACB (India) Limited, Dipka Washery

Dipka washery is located in District Korba, Chhattisgarh with capacity of 14 MTPA of raw coal and incorporates wet technology for coal washing. Dipka washery was incorporated in the year 1999 with capacity of 1.00 MTPA which was subsequently enhanced in stages to 14 MTPA. The washery has been equipped with primary crushing arrangements to take care of uncrushed coal / big lumps.

It is the single largest coal washery in India.

• ACB (India) Limited, Chakabura Washery

  Chakabura washery is located in District Korba, Chhattisgarh with capacity of 7.50 MTPA of raw coal and the washery incorporates wet technology for coal washing. Chakabura washery was incorporated in the year 2004 with capacity of 2.00 MTPA which was subsequently enhanced to 7.50 MTPA.

• ACB (India) Limited, Gevra Washery

  Gevra washery is located in District Korba, Chhattisgarh with capacity of 6.50 MTPA of raw coal and the washery incorporates wet technology for coal washing. Gevra washery was incorporated in the year 2008 with capacity of 2.50 MTPA which was subsequently enhanced to 6.50 MTPA. Primary crushers have also been commissioned at the washery to take care of uncrushed coal / big lumps.

• ACB (India) Limited, Ratija Washery

  Ratija washery is located in District Korba, Chhatisgarh with capacity of 11.00 MTPA of raw coal and the washery incorporates wet technology. Ratija washery was incorporated in the year 1999 with a capacity of 2.50 MTPA, which was subsequently enhanced to 11.00 MTPA.

  The project has been setup by Spectrum Coal and Power Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of ACB (India) Limited.

• ACB (India) Limited, Binjhri Washery

  Binjhri washery is located in District Korba, Chhattisgarh with capacity of 4.80 MTPA of raw coal and the washery incorporates wet technology for coal washing. Binjhri washery was incorporated in the year 2010 with capacity of 0.96 MTPA which was subsequently enhanced to 4.80 MTPA.

• ACB (India) Limited – Ranki Washery

  Renki washery is located in District Korba, Chhattisgarh with capacity of 2.50 MTPA and the washery incorporates wet technology for coal washing.

• ACB (India) Limited, Pandarpauni Washery

  The Pandarpauni plant is located at Village Pandarpauni, Tehsil Rajura, District Chandrapur in the State of Maharashtra. Pandarpauni was plant commissioned in May 2003. The installed capacity of Pandarpauni plant is 2.60 million tons per annum of raw coal.

• Wani Washery

  The Wani plant is located at Wani, District Yavatmal in the State of Maharashtra. Wani plant was commissioned in 2005. The installed capacity of Wani Plant is 2.50 million tons per annum of raw coal.

  The project has been setup by our subsidiary company, Kartikay Coal Washeries Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 69.88% equity interest.

• ACB (India) Limited, Himgir Washery

  Himgir washery is located in District Sundergarh, Odisha with capacity of 5.00 MTPA and the washery incorporates wet technology for coal washing. Himgir washery was incorporated in the year 2011.

• Balanda (AEPL)

  The Balanda (AEPL) plant is located at Talcher, District Angul, Odisha having capacity of 2.57 MTPA. The plant was commissioned in 2003.

  The project has been setup by our subsidiary company, Aryan Energy Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 77.38% equity interest.

• Kalinga

  The Kalinga plant is located at Talcher, District Angul in the State of Orissa. Kalinga plant was commissioned in 2008 with installed capacity of 6.53 MTPA which was subsequently enhanced to 11.00 MTPA. The plant has been set up on build, own and operate basis for Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited. It is the only washery in the Country where loading of coal is done through Rapid Loading System (RLS) which is completely integrated with the washery.

• Ramakrishanpur (AEPL)

  Coal washery at Ramakrishanpur, Telangana was commissioned in 2014 with installed capacity of 0.96 MTPA.

  The project has been setup by our subsidiary company, Aryan Energy Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 77.38% equity interest.
