Aryan Energy Private Limited
Aryan Energy Private Limited is subsidiary of ACB (India) Limited wherein ACB holds 77.38% equity. Aryan Energy Private Limited was incorporated on February 23, 2001 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, as a private limited company. The Company has changed its registered office from the State of West Bengal to NCT of Delhi and Haryana on February 17, 2005. The registered office of the company is presently located at 43, Vasant Enclave, Rao Tula Ram Marg, New Delhi-110 057.
The company is in the business of coal beneficiations and has set up three coal beneficiation plants at:-
1. Balanda (in the State of Orissa),
2. Indaram ( in the State of Andhra Pradesh) and
3. Gauri (in the State of Maharashtra)
The Balanda plant is located at Talcher, District Angul in the State of Orissa. it was commissioned in 2003. The installed capacity of Balanda (AEPL) plant is 2.57 million tons per annum of raw coal. Plant is beneficiating raw coal for Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation and Andhra Pradesh Power Development Company Limited.
Indaram Plant was installed with a capacity of 1.20 million tons of per annum of raw coal. Company is now in process of relocating the Indaram Plant to Ramakrishnapur (Andhra Pradesh) and the plant will beneficiate raw coal provided by Singareni Collieries Company Limited.
The Gauri plant is located at Village Gauri, Tehsil Rajura, District Chanderpur in the State of Maharashtra. It was commissioned in 2006. The installed capacity of Gauri Plant is 0.99 million tons per annum of raw coal and it was established to cater to the coal beneficiation requirement of Karnataka Power Corporation Limited. Currently the plant is not in operation and AEPL has decided to relocate the assets of this washery to Chhattisgarh.
